There are unfortunately a few terms and conditions but we have tried to keep them to a minimum and like to assure you that they are a formality that we cannot avoid.
- A 33% deposit is payable to secure your booking and the balance must be paid at least 90 days prior to your arrival. Any bookings taken less than 90 days prior to arrival must be paid in full. Booking a holiday constitutes as a legally binding contract between you and the proprietors of Cardwen Farm.
- If cancellation occurs within 90 days of the holiday, you will be liable for the full rental. Cancellation must be done in writing and cancellation will be effective on the date written notification is received at Cardwen Farm. Every attempt will be made to obtain a replacement booking. If a replacement client is obtained then we will refund all monies paid to you for the property rental less any difference paid by the replacement client. A cancellation charge of £25 will be payable to cover our administration costs.
- We do advise that you take out your own holiday insurance if only to protect you from those unforeseen problems that seem only to happen when you don't have insurance.
- Tenancy commences 15:00hrs on the day of arrival and ends at 10.00hrs on the day of departure. Please let us know if you are arriving after 19:00hrs so arrangements can be made.
- Car Parking is provided, however no responsibility or financial liability can be accepted for the loss or damage to any motor vehicles or its contents whilst on the property.
- We ask that you undertake to keep the accommodation and all the supplied fixtures, fittings and equipment in the same condition and state of repair as supplied at the start of your stay.
- The hirer is responsible for the property and is expected to take all reasonable care of it.
o At the end of the hire period the property must be left clean and tidy including all equipment and utensils.
o Any breakages or damage should be reported to proprietors of Cardwen Farm, this is important to us because we need to ensure that the next guests have everything in place for their visit.
o Although we will not normally charge for minor accidental damages we do stress that the contents are the legal responsibility of the hirer and their cost or replacement is refundable on demand. - We will not be liable for any accident, damage, loss, or injury whether to personal items and belongings or to an individual.
- The number of persons sleeping in the cottages must not exceed the number advertised (this does not apply to babies sleeping in cots) this is for insurance reasons only, and to that end we will refuse access to the cottages if the agreed number is exceeded.
- We respect your privacy and ensure that any personal information supplied to us is secure and confidential. We will not sell your personal information to third parties.
- Should you encounter any problems however small during your stay then please inform the proprietors immediately and we will do our best to rectify them for you. Please do not wait until the end or after your tenancy, as it will be too late to put things right for you. Complaints received after your holiday will not be accepted if we have not had prior notification
