All of our existing customers who have current unpaid bookings have been contacted today – via quickbooks invoice – with new banking details for our new business bank account providers. This message is to reassure anyone who has received this email and be unsure that the new details have been deliberately changed. However, anyone who may still be unsure should please contact Siobhan on 07827763298. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. In no circumstances will anyone pretending to be from Cardwen Farm contact you and ask for your bank details over the telephone, social media or via email. Alternatively, contact your own bank on details about how to prevent fraud. Any payments made to STARLING BANK will not be received by Cardwen Farm Holiday Cottages and will not be credited against your holiday invoice. No credit can be offered. Thankyou.
