About the cottage

A locally produced complimentary Cornish Cream Tea awaits you in this popular semi-detached barn conversion. This delightful stone walled character cottage has a very large open plan living space with 3 large sofas facing a lovely woodburning stove and smart TV – with OWL TV; a live action link to a camera in the Barn Owl Box in the roof space of Lily Cottage. Redecorated in 2026, settle down to the dining table for a lovely home cooked meal using the outstanding local produce Cornwall is famed for. Truly, you cannot come to Cornwall and leave without satisfied taste buds! The kitchen is stuffed to the rafters with enough kitchen and dining ware to cook a banquet. No skimpy one mug per person nonsense here. At dusk, watch the barn owls fly past your windows out hunting for their own local meal!

The lower ground floor has a family bathroom, SUPERKING (with custom made Dream mattress) master bedroom, double bedroom with ensuite and third bedroom with twin single beds. Thoughtfully furnished to make your stay as comfortable as possible to the last detail. (Iron, makeup mirror, blackout blinds, USB / USBC sockets, hairdryer, heated bathroom mirrors and towel rails and more!).

With views across the extensive mature gardens, a vineyard and countryside beyond, enjoy the west facing cushioned patio sofa outside the cottage as it takes in sun all day. When the sun settles vibe in the glow of the festoon lighting as you plan your adventures for the next day be they gentle walks on the beach or adrenaline fuelled leaps from quarries.

Excellent Wifi in every room, fuel (oil & 1^st log basket for wood burner), power, bed linen, towels all included. Cot & Highchair.

Access to all shared gardens. Off street parking (no charge) next to your cottage. Friday changeover. Rare short breaks also changeover Monday where available.
